PERSONAL INFORMATION & HOW WE USE IT:

You may choose to provide personal information including your name, mailing address, phone number, email address and credit card information when you register for a parking contract at any of our parking locations. This information is used to (1)  process your registration with the site, including verifying your e-mail address is active and valid; (2)  process your parking transactions including monthly parking contract orders and daily parking citations; (3)  inform you of changes in our services that may affect you (e.g., construction alerts); (4)  provide you with information, services or process transactions that you have requested or agreed to receive; (5)  improve the site or our services and for internal business purposes; (6)  contact you with regard to your use of the site and, in our discretion, changes to the site's policies; and (7) for other purposes disclosed at the time you provide personal information.

NON-PERSONAL INFORMATION:

When you visit this site, we automatically collect certain information about how you use and navigate the site ("Site Usage Information"). Site Usage Information includes, for example, the number and frequency of visitors to each web page; the length of their stays; the type of browser each visitor is using to view the site; the type of operating system each visitor is using; the domain name of each visitor's Internet service provider; the IP address of the computer, mobile phone, or other device ("Device") used to access the site; the address (or "URL") of the web site that the visitor came from before visiting the site; which pages were visited on the site; what was clicked on; and certain other available information. QUESTIONNAIRES & SURVEYS:

We may ask visitors to the site to complete online surveys and opinion polls about the site and our parking services, which may allow you to submit a written account about your experiences with us or your opinion about our services ("Testimonial"). Any personal information collected in the survey, poll or testimonial will be used in accordance with this privacy policy. Please note that if you submit a testimonial, the testimonial, along with your first name, may be publicly posted on the sites and used in our marketing or promotional materials. We may use additional personal information in connection with posting or using your testimonial, but we will obtain your authorization if we disclose more than your first name in association with your testimonial.

INFORMATION WE SHARE:

Allied Parking, Inc. does not sell or otherwise disclose personal information about our site visitors, except as described in this privacy policy. We may share information, including personal information, provided by visitors to the site with service providers we have retained to perform services on our behalf. These service providers are contractually restricted from using or disclosing the information except as necessary to perform services on our behalf or to comply with legal requirements.

HOW WE PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION:

Please note that information you send us electronically is not necessarily secure when it is transmitted to us (example: wireless internet). We suggest that you do not use unsecured electronic methods to communicate with us if your communication is very sensitive or includes highly confidential information such as a credit card number.

Allied takes commercially reasonable precautions to provide a level of security appropriate to the sensitivity of the personal information we collect. Allied Parking, Inc. does not obtain nor do we store your credit card information and then transmit it over the internet to our third party provider. When your payments for parking are processed, you will be automatically directed to our third party provider to process your credit card payment. We use industry standard Secure Sockets Layering (SSL) software to encrypt your credit card information as it travels over the internet to our third party service provider. Although we use commercially reasonable measures to help protect your personal information against unauthorized use or disclosure, we cannot guarantee the security of information provided over the internet or stored in our databases.

Allied Parking, Inc. instructs its employees with access to your personal information that it must be used only in adherence with the principles set forth in this privacy policy and applicable laws. Employees who misuse customer personal information are subject to disciplinary action.

CHANGING YOUR INFORMATION, PREFERENCES & SUBSCRIPTIONS:

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information you submit to us, such as your contact information provided as part of registration. The site may allow you to correct or update personal information you have provided through a registration form on the site or otherwise. We will make good faith efforts to make requested changes in our then active databases as soon as reasonably practicable. When you edit personal information or change your preferences on the site, information that you remove may persist internally for our administrative purposes. Also, please note that it is not always possible to completely remove or delete all of your information from our databases and that residual data may remain on backup media or for other reasons.

THIRD PARTY CONTENT AND LINKS TO THIRD PARTY SITES:

We provide links to other web sites for your convenience and information. Allied Parking, Inc. uses cookies and other web technologies to collect information and support certain features of this site. Instances in which we may use these technologies include: (1) to collect information about the ways visitors use this site – which pages they visit, which links they use and how long they stay on each page. (2) to support the features and functionality of this site – for example to save you the trouble of reentering information already in our database or to prompt the settings you establish on previous visits to this sites; and (3) to personalize your experience when you use this site.

If you do not wish to receive cookies you may set your browser to reject cookies or to alert you when a cookie is placed on your computer. You may also delete your cookies as soon as you leave this site.

IF USERS DISABLE COOKIES IN THEIR BROWSER:

By turning cookies off on your browser, some of the features of the site such as remembering site preferences and remembering passwords will not be available.

GOOGLE:

Allied Parking, Inc. has not enabled Google Adwords on our site, but we may do so in the future.

COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act):

Allied Parking, Inc. does not specifically market to children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 on this site. If we become aware that we have received personal information from a visitor under the age of 13 on the site, we will delete the information from our records.

FAIR INFORMATION PRACTICES:

In order to be in line with Fair Information Practices, Allied Parking, Inc. will notify the users of our website via email within seven (7) business days if a security breach has occurred.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY:

Allied Parking Inc. may update this policy periodically without prior notice to you. Any changes will be effective immediately upon the posting of the revised privacy policy. Allied Parking, Inc. will not, without your consent, use your personal information in a manner materially different than what was stated at the time it was collected.
