Parking Agreement for Allied Parking, Inc.

Terms & Conditions
This agreement grants to the Lessee the right of ingress and egress on said premises.
For self-park vehicles a license to park is granted hereby and no bailment is created.
Rental
Parking is valid on designated game day only. There are no "in and out" privileges.
Extra charges may apply should your parking roll over to the next day.
No allowances or credits will be issued for days coupons are not redeemed.
No allowances will be made if coupon is forgotten. Lessee will be responsible for paying the posted rate.
No refunds or exchanges are allowed.
Processing Fees
A one-time processing fee of $5.00 will be assessed at the time of purchase. This fee is non-refundable and covers processing/delivery costs.
A $30.00 fee will be assessed for all returned checks.
Use of Space
No tailgating is allowed in the Parking Facility. Consumption of alcohol or illicit drugs is not permitted. This lease is granted for one parking space. If lessee is found to be parking additional cars in ramp simultaneously, additional daily charges will be assessed and parking privileges may be terminated.
Abuse of Facility
Lessee agrees to follow the instruction of the garage personnel and posted signage.
Maximum speed limit is 5 MPH.
Compact stalls are for compact cars only.
Vehicles must be parked within designated stalls with no overlap.
Violation of any rules may result in a citation issued, suspension of parking privileges or vehicle removal from the premises.
Responsibilities of Customer
Lessee is responsible for any damage caused by the Lessee to the parking facility, equipment or concrete pavement.
Lessee agrees to pay any collection/attorney’s fees incurred for non-performance of Lessee including non-payment of their account.
Liability
Lessee acknowledges they park at their sole risk. Lessor assumes no liability for loss or damage to property/any vehicle from fire, collision, theft, or any cause whatsoever. Protection is not guaranteed or insured.
All damage must be reported to parking facility office before leaving the facility.
Lessee is solely responsible to keep his/her car locked at all times. Allied Parking, Inc. assumes no liability for loss of personal property. Please do not keep parking pass or valuables in plain view.
REFUND POLICY
As our tickets are fully transferable, there are no refunds for the parking pass packages.
In the event that the Vikings cancels a game, the game will be rescheduled and your parking pass will work on the date of the rescheduled game.
If your game day ticket is refunded by the Vikings due to COVID occupancy limitations, please email us a confirmation of your refund from the Vikings and we will refund the cost of your parking pass for that game.
